MOQ, sampling, lead time, print—and whether Longae is a factory.
Are you a factory or manufacturer?
No. Longae is a custom packaging integrator. We advise on specs, coordinate sampling, match production partners, and follow delivery. We do not claim in-house plant ownership.
What packaging do you cover?
Primarily corrugated boxes (RSC, mailers, heavy-duty) and paperboard cartons (folding and rigid), plus inserts when the kit needs them. See capabilities.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on size, board, print, and which partner line fits. We state MOQ in the written proposal—not a single site-wide number.
How does sampling work?
After the brief: structure proposal → sample → your approval → bulk. Details on the service process page.
How fast can you quote?
With size, qty, and use case, we aim to reply quickly via form, email, or WhatsApp. Complex kits take longer.
Can you print logos and shipping marks?
Yes—method depends on volume and board. Share artwork early.
Do you ship internationally?
We coordinate export-ready flat packs and logistics with your destination in the brief. Incoterms confirmed per order.
What makes a good first message?
L×W×H, quantity, box type guess, deadline. Use the RFQ checklist.
