We make the small items that sit on a table: straws, cutlery, plates, bowls. They are low-value individually and high-volume in total, which means the whole business is decided by consistency — the same wall thickness in carton one and carton four thousand.

Tooling, printing and packing run in-house. That matters less for the price than for the answer you get when a specification has to change: it comes from the person who can change it.

National R&D center

Straw development is not only a design question. Wall thickness against soak time, glue line against cold liquid, print ink against condensation — each is a test rather than an opinion. The R&D center holds the test records that back the specification sheet.

Quality control

Incoming material is checked against the declared grade, in-process checks run at fixed intervals, and a final AQL inspection happens before the carton is sealed. Every batch keeps a retained sample for twelve months, so a claim raised six months later can be compared against the actual production run rather than argued from memory.
